What is Rejuran/Polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are DNA fragments with distinct biological functions. They are an injectable bio-stimulator that kickstart regeneration in the skin. Common treatment indications are: fine lines and wrinkles, scarring + acnes scarring, uneven skin/skin tone, neck lines, and the dreaded dark circles underneath the eyes.

What are the benefits of Rejuran?

Rejuran is a very safe injectable treatment. Rejuran is very similar to a skin booster in that it does not hold a form underneath the skin like hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, instead, it works on strengthening the skin, improving the quality of the epidermal junction resulting in a very natural result along with hydrated, plump & juicy skin. Unlike dermal fillers Rejuran has no risk of vascular occlusion, and a high tolerability profile.

Collagen and elastin is boosted with polynucleotide treatment by up regulating fibroblast cells, restoring skin and elasticity while hydrating with its anti-oxidant effect along with skin bio-remodelling.

How is it delivered?

Rejuran is delivered in small aliquots injected underneath the skin in 1-2cm spaces. You may notice small bumps on your skin at the end of treatment which will subside over the next 24-48 hours.

Does it hurt?

Rejuran skin booster is generally well tolerated. We provide you with a strong topical numbing cream for 20 minutes prior to injection. Some people like to bering in a pod cast to listen to while they wait for the topical anaesthetic to take effect.

How many treatments do I need?

It is recommended to have between 3-4 treatments spaced 3-4 weeks apart for optimum results.
